"My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. There seems to be a constant turnover of employees, which makes it very difficult to get consistent answers or have anyone take responsibility for an issue. Communication has been poor, follow-through has been lacking, and overall the operation does not come across as professionally managed. Each time you think you are dealing with someone who understands the situation, there seems to be a different person involved. Based on my experience, the level of service and professionalism falls far below what I would expect from a company doing business (insurance) with the public. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them."

"Previously paid $295.50 per month for coverage on two vehicles plus umbrella with my wife. Daughter got her driver's license, called to add her - quoted a new premium of ~$390. When the bill came through, actual bill was $480. Nobody at the office could explain to me why the discrepancy beyond "oh the cost must have increased." Embarrassing there is not enough skill or competence in the office to give a straight answer about the discrepancy. Used to be much better when Jesse and Joe were here but has gone downhill. Go with a different agent."
