"Previously paid $295.50 per month for coverage on two vehicles plus umbrella with my wife. Daughter got her driver's license, called to add her - quoted a new premium of ~$390. When the bill came through, actual bill was $480. Nobody at the office could explain to me why the discrepancy beyond "oh the cost must have increased." Embarrassing there is not enough skill or competence in the office to give a straight answer about the discrepancy. Used to be much better when Jesse and Joe were here but has gone downhill. Go with a different agent."
